What should I expect on my first visit?We will review your health concerns and your goals together, this is important because my goal is to help you succeed on your journey toward better health. We will review your answers found in your Health Questionnaire. We will discuss what steps we will be taking to achieve your goals, both short term and long term. A prescription will be provided and a Follow up appointment will be arranged.

Why have I been asked to fill out a Health Questionnaire?Your time is valuable, filling out this Questionnaire means you won't be charged for my time; asking those same questions! IMPORTANT: This MUST be submitted 48 Hours before your scheduled Consultation time. You may be asked to rescheduled your appointment if this is not submitted in time.

Herbs can taste very strong, what can I do?"Your prescription will come with instructions on the label, please follow them, strictly. I often allow clients to add water or fruit juice to their dose to help reduce the taste barrier. Please confirm this with me.
